Both are considered in planning. The coordinator clarifies the mother’s and baby’s needs and the service scope before confirming a visit.
02Is this a nanny service or overnight cover?
Neither should be assumed. Postnatal support differs from general childcare; duties, duration and coverage availability are discussed before agreement.
