The story began with people. Before service labels.
Our story began as RRR Home Health in Texas, with its care base in Garland.
The idea grew from understanding the needs of older adults: physical assistance alone is not enough without security, independence and connection. RRR Home Health’s approach places each person’s life and preferences at the centre of care, bringing practical support together with respect and a human presence.
RRR Home Health’s website describes pathways including nursing, rehabilitation, post-surgery support, home-safety assessments and personalised plans. Their connecting idea is not a list of procedures, but helping people remain close to the life they know.

Now Comfort Care begins its Saudi chapter in Jeddah, bringing this approach closer to families in the Kingdom.
The intention is not to copy an experience unchanged. Saudi homes have their own language, routines and valued family role. We bring American experience while shaping an approach that respects privacy, Arabic communication and family involvement according to the patient’s wishes.
The name “Comfort Care” carries a clear promise: professional care that gives the patient comfort and keeps the family reassured through every conversation and visit.

What do care standards mean in practice?
Individual assessment and a plan with clear goals, instead of treating every situation the same way.
Agreed tasks and responsibilities before starting, with recorded observations and review as needs change.
Communication with the patient and family, and coordination with the treating team so the next step is understood.
American experience refers to RRR Home Health’s roots and approach. It does not mean that any US accreditation automatically transfers to the Saudi entity; care in the Kingdom is subject to local licensing, requirements and approved service scope.
